Refund policy

Return Window 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

How to Return Items

  1. Contact us at support@bandegames.com to initiate a return and include your reason for the return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and our return address
  3. Package items securely and ship to the provided address
  4. Include your order number with the returned item

Important: Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. You must contact us first to receive return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount
  • Exception: If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or we sent you the incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund including original shipping charges
  • For items returned due to our error, contact us before returning so we can provide a prepaid return label

Return Packaging Requirements 

If a returned item is damaged during shipping due to poor packaging by the customer, we reserve the right to:

  • Apply a damage fee to cover the cost of the damaged item, or
  • Deny the refund entirely All decisions regarding damaged returns are at our sole discretion. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges 

We offer exchanges for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were sent. New items must be unopened and in the same condition as received.

How to Exchange Items

  1. Contact us at support@bandegames.com to request an exchange
  2. Specify the item you want to exchange and your preferred replacement
  3. We will confirm availability and provide exchange instructions
  4. Ship the original item back to us using the provided return address

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • For damaged or defective items: We will cover all shipping costs (both return shipping and shipping for the replacement item)
  • For all other exchanges: You are responsible for all shipping costs (both return shipping and shipping for the replacement item)

Exchange Processing

  • Exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your original item
  • If the replacement item costs more, you'll be charged the difference
  • If the replacement item costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method
  • If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we'll contact you with alternatives or process a refund

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your location and payment provider

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Coins and bullion
  • Any items sold as new that have been opened
  • Trading card games
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged by normal wear and use

International Returns and Exchanges International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees, except for items returned or exchanged due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
